FUNDACION PARA EL DESARROLLO SOCIAL INTEGRAL FUNDESIN

Established in 2001 as a Non Gonvernamental Organization, fundesin has been applying programs to urban and rural communities in colombia.

During the last four years the foundation has been supporting programs in selected areas of the southeast region of the Valle del Cauca in Colombia, based on a comprehensive strategy to break the cycle of poverty and with a strong  emphasis on single mothers, youth and children.

Crucial to this is the involvement of institutions engaged in local development efforts, including local and government agencies like the agricultural office of majority of Palmira, the Majors office, youth groups, single mothers asociations, this alliances permit that the programs achieve consensus and organization to support local initiatives.

The principal need of the foundation is to build trust among people, institutions and organizations, to develop strong alliances that end in best results.
